Regret. That ache for a different yesterday. The SoulSet when navigating Regret involves gently releasing the illusion that we could have (or should have) perfectly controlled the past with the wisdom we possess now. It’s setting down the heavy burden of self-blame for choices made when we knew less or had fewer resources. It’s accepting our human fallibility and the reality that every path taken means another path was left untrodden. It’s the exhale of "I did the best I could with what I knew then."
