Today’s Play Prompt is Dress-Up Dreams! We're tapping into the magic of transformation found in a closet full of possibilities. This kind of play was our first taste of creating a new identity, of seeing ourselves differently. It was where we learned that a simple piece of fabric could give us courage and a pair of too-big shoes could make us feel like we could walk anywhere.
Mirror, mirror, on the wall,
Who's the flyest of them all?
With Mama's scarf, a royal drape,
A lipstick kiss, a brand new shape.
With Daddy's hat, tipped low and cool,
Breakin' every single rule.
