From the historic Sweet Auburn District to the thriving West End, these neighborhoods have shaped the city’s identity as a hub for Black entrepreneurship, civil rights, and innovation. As part of ROOTED 2025’s nationwide movement, this Freedom Route will take you through Sweet Auburn and the West End, celebrating the past, present, and future of Black business in Atlanta.
